Trust & safety

C位 · cc8.cc puts its trust policies on one page: who collects your payment, what is refundable, how violating listings are removed, and how to reach us. Every listing and bid is public, and the full rules at https://www.cc8.cc/en/rules can be checked line by line without an account.

Payment security

Checkout is handled by the payment provider (WeChat Pay) acting as merchant of record: you pick the amount yourself — from ¥1 up to ¥9,999,999 — and complete the charge on WeChat Pay's official checkout. The site never handles your bank card or payment credentials.

Rank follows WeChat Pay's officially signed webhook, not the picture on your screen: only a verified callback marks a bid as paid and makes it take effect. Nothing on a page alone can alter the board.

Refund boundaries

No refunds when outbid: any position can be overtaken by a higher bid at any time, and that is not grounds for a refund or a payment dispute. Money already paid stays paid, counts toward all-time revenue, and remains in the public bid history.

Genuine errors get fixed: a double charge, a listing that never appeared, a payment that didn't apply — contact support first and real errors are resolved quickly. A chargeback filed without contacting us may lead to the listing being removed.

None of this limits rights that can't be waived under your local consumer protection law.

Listing removal & enforcement

Not accepted: chat and invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, QQ, WeChat groups, Signal and similar); sexual content, gambling, and anything unlawful in the operating jurisdiction — removed on discovery, without refund.

Apps pulled from the App Store or links that go dead may be removed without refund.

The daily 00:00 Beijing-time reset is not a removal: every listing stays on the board with its link and content intact; only the displayed amount resets to ¥1 and every rank is contested again.

Contact

For bid or payment problems, message the WeChat official account 希望之地Service (WeChat ID: wwwcc8cc) — the service account linked to the WeChat Pay merchant, owned by the same entity, which also powers in-WeChat checkout and web authorization. Include the time, amount and listing link so we can reconcile against webhook records.

Contact support before filing any payment dispute: a chargeback filed without contacting us may remove the listing — exactly as stated in the payments-and-disputes section of the rules page.

The Rules page is the authoritative version.
